This was our fourth Christmas staying there while visiting family. Staff always go above and beyond for us. The hotel offers continental breakfast but only had a few guests so didn’t want to waste food. Instead they provided us made-to-order breakfasts, which was hot and delicious.

Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check- out were efficient and easy. Property is in a quiet location close to city but not easily walkable. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a good selection available for breakfast.

The mattress in room 219 was hard as a rock. Bad sleep and sore back in the morning. They need to change that mattress out. Everyone else was great.
