Clean nice staff

No elevator for 3rd floor. Parking lot full of poop, reported to receptionist and she didn't seem to care.

Noise from the room next door, as if something was being assembled, and arguments outside my room were annoying and worrisome. Wife was not allowed to bring breakfast items back to the room for me.

Older building with leaking faucets and a strange step at the entryway to the room. There was a balcony outside my room that is used by other guests for smoking, they leave the door open most of the time so it was cold in the room. The staff was great. The breakfast is a do it yourself waffle maker between 8 and 9am so don’t sleep in or you’ll miss it…

Doors made noise, pillows too small

The room was clean. The pillows were terrible. Were more like coushins in a pillow case. Clearly the hotel needs renovations. Not secure at all , as the staff or clients keep outside doors widely open on rooms level unatented! . Anyone can just walk in. The corridors were freezing as the doors were kept open. cold air passing under our room door. Furthemore, the worst is that we booked the room in a smoke free establishment and we had to endure cigarettes and pot smell in our room, smell coming in from the corridor . Maybe the staff or the vlient that was smoking in the corridor left the doors open to air the place making it freezing cold! Lasted both nights, same friday and Saturday. Would of booked elsewhere if we had known.

Didnt return deposit , Room was not clean and it smelt bad in the hotel . Breakfast was not ready for 6 like we were told ,lock on door is broken

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward. There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. Thanks

Building looks like its falling apart to many kids running around making noise room smells like piss and a stale scent would not go back ever

The room was clean and had lots of amenities to include a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The breakfast was simple but welcome. Overall, great for the price!

I feel the quality matches the price. The staff were friendly, although the noise from the heating was a bit loud.
