When I first checked in the woman had bad body oder. The property in all is looking quite run down, although I know it's an older building. The ceiling in the bathroom had a repair, it was far from a professional repair, it looked like a pile of drywall compound slapped on.

We stayed for just one night before our Le Boat rental. This hotel is literally a three minute walk from Le Boat. Very convenient for that. The hotel is a little dated. Not as nice as it looks in the pictures but overall it was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the handle for the sink faucet was not screwed on so it would come off in your hand if you didn’t use two hands to hold it on as you turn the water on. Since we were basically only there to sleep and leave the next morning I didn’t bother to tell the staff until check out. I would stay here again.

Needs paint and upgraded bathrooms (lots of cracks in the sink). The beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have chairs on the balcony.

The hotel itself is pretty run down on the outside and in the hallways and room entrances. The shower control tap was loose. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, the ac works. The continental breakfast was ok.

Concerned a out a $100.00 charge to my credit card. I was told that this amount was with held in case of any expenses incurred. I paid my stay through expedia and should not be billed an extra $100.00 as there were no expenses incurred.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of upgrading . Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was minimal. Staff were great

The room was clean, the setting is amazing on the Rideau Canal system, and the restaurant next door was first rate. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again
