This is a beautifully restored hotel placed in an old historical building that used to be connected with the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The adjacent spa with saunas, jacuzzi and a sizeable pool is a wonderful addition. Clean, cozy, quiet with a lot of character. The location is great and the staff is friendly.

Hotel is beautiful, location great but there were too many flaws which will not have us returning for our frequent trips back home to PL. - First and foremost, booked this non-smoking room with a balcony, neighbor was a chain smoker so entire stay we breathed second hand smoke morning and night - front desk was aware & told us guest was leaving soon, didn't matter because the next neighbor over also smoked. Entire room/carpet/drapes smell like smoke suggesting previous guests smoked as well. - Railroad behind was very loud until 11pm - Restaurant below this 'luxury room' is extremely loud, music playing nightly until 10-11pm. Staff aware.

It is a typical 'old' Polish atmosphere. Make it a bit more cosy. The pizza's are good. But the rest of the menu can use a bit of a face lift to make it more attractive. Most people i saw were eating pizza ;-)

Nice, clean, comfy, A/C worked well, food delicious, indoor pool new and interestingly designed, beautiful garden, everything well kept.

It was a perfect stay at Krakow; the hotel was close to everything, excellent customer service, clean and comfortable bed, delicious breakfast!

We really enjoyed our stay at Turowka. Room was clean and spacious. We were bit surprised that there was no curtain or blinds on the window but mayne it motivated us to get up early. Spa treatment was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Massive highlight was the food at the restaurant. Whatever we ordered was delicious. Salmon, Steak, duck dumplings, pizza and great variety on breakfast buffet. Thank you so much for everything.

We traveled with 2 toddlers.. it was not easy but they made the experience amazing! They had the cribs ready before we even arrived! The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly and so understanding about the little people. Ohhh and i must mention the bed!!! It was made of the softest sheets i have ever slept on. With the perfect firmness. I highly suggest you stay here!

Very lovely stay. Staff was friendly. Spa was ok, but pool and hot tub were nice. Room was a little dated. TV reception was spotty, but again staff was wonderful!!

Amazing hotel, breakfast very tasty

Fairly small hotel close to a railway station with two trains an hour to Krakow and the airport, very close to the salt mine visitor attraction. Excellent cafe / restaurant with good variety on menu and good prices. Traditional spacious room. Lovely little swimming pool with sauna / steam room / salt room.

This is an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean and with comfy beds, although the pillows are rather odd and could be improved upon. Good sized bathroom with large enclosed shower with hairdryer and toiletries provided. Plenty of parking, very accessible if driving from the Airport, just a few minutes walk from the Salt Mine too. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was superb, but sadly we didn't get a chance to test the sauna. The breakfast was extensive and all very tasty although a few more cereal options would have been nice. We dined in on one occasion and the Pork Medallions were excellent as was my Beef Burger. The area around the hotel was very quiet and safe and there is a 24 hour McDonalds which we needed arriving late on a Sunday night. Overall, an excellent choice of hotel and one that I would happily recommend without question. Thank you to the staff at Turowka Hotel & Spa for making us so welcome.

Excellent location for Salt mine tours, small but lovely spa. Immaculately clean, friendly staff who are all very accommodating to requests . Food was delicious. Beds comfy - nice balcony. Yes it is out of Krakow but there are trains and Ubers were only £8 Overall Excellent value for money hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice older but clean hotel

The room was a bit old-fashioned. I had problem with the light and the service was not privided during my 2-day stay. There is o enough electrical contact in the bathroom.
