The hotel is okay, but the airport shuttle was terrible. There is only one shuttle from airport every hour and there were at least 50 people waiting for a 15 person shuttle. Needless to say, we didn’t get in and had to spend additional $25 on Uber after waiting for 40mins for the shuttle. Why advertise free airport shuttle when you can’t deliver?

The property is old, but very clean, the new bathroom upgrades were nice. Staff is great and it’s nice to have a breakfast included!

Checking in was a bit timely. The single clerk was definitely overwhelmed. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. I'm sure the guest did not appreciate us trying to get into her room so late at night. We will probably not stay here again.

The price was good and the location is close to the airport. It was a good option for an early flight.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover at Denver. Hotel is clean and comfortable. They operate a shuttle to the airport every hour. The shuttle departs hotel 10 minutes after the hour and returns from airport at 25 minutes past each hour. One way trip is 15 minutes. I found the shuttle very convenient for my flight.

No place to sit in room only bed, no couch, chair nothing. Breakfast included only cold bead, nithing hot waffle us not a breakfast its an item. The price was wrong for poor room and no breakfast.

Everything was good with the property itself. My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfortable andMy check-in process was easy, but the person at the front desk was not friendly and was actually rude. I asked for info for my daughter for the airport shuttle and she wrote it down for me when I got to my room I realized I didn’t have it and went back to get it. She said oh you lost it already, so I said no I never had it and then she looked down and said oh I didn’t give it to you then when I had other questions, she was very rude and short to me and my daughter.

Clean, quiet, and relatively close to the airport. Good value for money if you get stuck in Denver en route to somewhere else.

Needs some updating; paint,etc. was clean

Nothing fancy but the staff was so gracious, friendly and helpful! The shower was great, the room quite pleasant!

The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient! The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Room had a desk which was good. Very timely shuttle early in morning. Friendly and helpful.

Easy place to stay the day before flying home. Free airport shuttle. Attentive staff. Modest breakfast but that's not important to me and they do have waffle maker.

This hotel is definitely older and more run down. Our room has paint all over the light switches, glue/gunk on the toilet seat cover. Our mattress definitely needs replacement. The shower also was dirtier. It just didn’t feel like a clean room. We were happy to only have a quick one night stay.

The property had nice rooms and shuttle service. But they had no complimentary ice water in lobby as we arrived or with breakfast. The fitness room had no water or towels, had dumbbells missing, the safety clip & display panel on treadmill was broken. Without a safety clip it is dangerous. When I asked about water they tried to sell me bottled water! How cheap!! Some poor hospitality and indifferent staff. I guess I won’t use Microtel again.
