Breakfast was fresh, lots of variety and great service. Need to order by time as size of cafe is limited, but well-worth cost.

This hotel was very clean and beautiful, and it did not have any kind of strange smells. The only issue we had was we reserve two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had a handicap bathroom that was unable to be used for a shower because you had to sit down and not get any water other than right where you were sitting on the chair and so we were unable to use it.

All worked perfectly and all staff was very helpful .

This hotel was located within an easy walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with many options and the food was fresh and tasty.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Puerta Real and the experience fell far short of its 4-star “upscale” claim. The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the point where I woke up multiple times in pain and even experienced numbness in my legs. I have genuinely slept on more comfortable sofa beds. The second major issue was the lack of transparency about climate control. Expedia did not disclose that the AC is centralized. During our stay, only heat was available, making the room unbearably hot despite cold weather outside. Our room faced an interior courtyard where residents could easily see in, so opening the window for airflow meant sacrificing privacy; however because it faced a closed courtyard there was no airflow. We were initially told we could switch rooms to one that faced the Main Street, but were then told the hotel was fully booked. The only solution offered was a fan, which is unacceptable for a nearly $400 stay. Alternatively, we were offered a sister property that was worst-reviewed and further from the city center I paid to be in; we declined due to a short stay. Other issues included a TV volume capped too low to hear (fixed the next day) and a disappointing, very basic breakfast. The “gym” was minimal. Positives were the convenient location, good shower, sauna/steam room, and the professionalism of Ms. Wei at reception. Overall, this hotel does not meet its advertised standard. I would not stay again or recommend it.

Great location, excellent staff

We had a fantastically large room with a great view of the mountains and Main Street. Breakfast and the breakfast area was very appealing and satisfying. Would definitely stay here. A 3rd time. Lady on reception very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Mold in the bathroom under klinex box and shower head. No free water bottle would of been nice. Otherwise, okay stay.

Clean, staff very friendly, shops nearby, Room ! Not able to sleep due to the light of the fumes Dectector! It lights Up every 5 seconds!! 24 hrs!! When we mention it at check out the receptionist told us that we should requested a eye-Mask ! The first night we requested , they said Not available!!
