My fav place to stay in Banff! The staff are lovely and I love the hot tub and wood burning fireplaces in the rooms!

Been staying here every year for the past 9-10 years. There is a reason we keep coming back and will continue too. However we miss the breakfast menus of old, felt the quality used to be much better for breakfast at the restaurant on site. Overall we love the location of this hotel and the hotel itself

The staff were amazing! Mayah, Nikki, Rachana and the night staff on the phone. It was nice to experience the level of service you all displayed felt like we were valued.

We had a wondeful stay! Only downfall was the fireplace was off limits due to maintenance. But everyrhing else was amazing!

Great stay. Very clean room, and very helpful staff. Check in was easy, and we got an early check in. The only negative was that the fireplace was out of order, and we were looking forward to it. Not a big deal, still would have stayed anyway! The outdoor hot tub was also amazing. Great stay in the lodges, if you’re looking for a great mountain vibe

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was a second time around and yet again I loved it. Room was amazing, and staff is very polite and accommodating. I always recommend the lodge to anybody looking for a relaxing night away. So thank you BML. Great work.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, we especially enjoyed the massive outdoor hot tub. The location is quiet, tucked in a forested area, up the hill from Main Street. If you prefer a quiet room, we recommend requesting the second floor units. We were in a ground floor suite and could hear quite a bit of walking and talking from the occupants above us starting at 6am. The oscillating fan helped create white noise!
