Amazing staff and service! Would highly recommend to anyone. It is close enough to Banff Ave without having the busy street.

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfy. I was here for a retreat and it was perfect for that. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The food at the Prow, was delicious and the wait staff really go above board. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and nice staff

This hotel was a fantastic price and location. The restaurant and bar lounge was beautiful and food was delicious. Rooms were spotlessly clean although the furniture is a little tired. Beds are super comfy. Roof top hot tub.

Clean room and spacious for room with 2 queen beds and fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Only draw back was that beds were hard and bit uncomfortable. We did end up with an upgrade and free bus passes.

Although we only did breakfast once, it was very good. Love that they set up and offer extra wood for the fireplace.

Food was good at the restaurant staff was friendly

Great service. Wonderful staff. My wife liked the feature drink. Room was very nice and modern. Only complaint is your hear everything in your room (next door neighbours) and it seems like you get 5 mins of hot water for a shower before you go to lukewarm temp. Other than that, was great.

My early check in request was accommodated. The front desk staff was wonderful. I was offered bus passes which I did use. The room was clean and very enjoyable. I always love coming to stay here.
