Hotel and amenities very good at this price point.

Room upgrade on arrival , drinks in mini bar a bonus. Size of the room

The room looked lovely but unfortunately the heating wasn’t working. Did call up the receptionist she said she was going to put the heating up waited another hour and it was still cold by then. It was too late. The kids were retired so we had to sleep in the cold next morning, I did report it in. However, if I seen that the lady on the receptionist she did offer another room for us to go in but I said unfortunately we’ve already settled in and unpacked and it’s going to be too much for the kids moving from one room to another she did offer complementary drinks and a late checkout but again we left early on the day of leaving. Perhaps before customers check in rooms should be checked if all is in order. Breakfast menu wasn’t clear the member of staff didn’t explain it properly and for someone who doesn’t understand what is included in the price misread swimming again I understand all the times and everything was already put on the information but sometimes living a busy lifestyle you don’t remember the fine prince did ask a member of staff she didn’t explain it properly so unfortunately we missed a day of swimming because we had other plans throughout the day so couldn’t make it.

I needed to get away to do some uninterrupted work. I had an excellent experience throughout and will definitely be back.

The room was very cold. The heaters didn’t work and we reported hotel 3 times and they gave small heaters about 11.30pm and it’s didn’t heat up the full room. I paid Expedia 235 pounds and I want at least 50% discount to my cc refund please. I asked hotel about this and they said because I paid to hotel.com and I have to contact you about the refund

We weren’t given a suite which we originally booked they gave us a family room, our sugar for tea had all mold over the sachets couldn’t use them, heating wasn’t working we had to ask for heater because our room was cold, bathrooms was discusting, It was not worth the money we paid for one night.

Majority of staff were excellent, friendly and polite. Unfortunately check in was an hour late and there was a resident mouse in the bedroom :(

The few little problems we had were resolved immediately by the reception staff. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Got an upgraded room 1 - really spacious. Breakfast the following morning was great too. Will definitely stay again when visiting Oxford 😊

The two rooms we booked were shabby, heating system was faulty, very cold and the shower overflowed. TV had no signal.We received a partial refund, but sadly

Had to change room as electrical fault, second day housekeeping was so late( 4.30 pm ) we were back in room,

Bathroom was a little tired looking- couldn’t shut the door without slamming it due to catch not working. Bedroom very dark, a few dim lights but no means of improving lighting to play a board game at the desk. Otherwise an ideal hotel for our trip.
