Clean and simple room. Offered ice, water, coffee and breakfast snacks. Plenty of parking, in a quiet, mostly residential location. They advertised a sauna and exercise room, but I did not try it.

There was blood on the sheets, and there were bed bugs. Talked to the front desk, but they would not help. Asked for a refund, they refused. Talked with Expedia who talked to the hotel, but Expedia could not resolve the issue with the hotel. DON’t STAY HERE! Dirty rooms and the hotel didn’t care. Expedia was really good to deal with though this process, thumbs up for Expedia.

Located on a transit line in Burnaby, this motel offers amble free parking, along with a light continental breakfast in the lobby. A day pass for the Translink system is about $10.00 so this well maintained, old building offers a a lower cost opportunity for those of modest budgets to stay within the area and can be a convenient anchor if you decide to take the bus and train system to travel around Vancouver.

Clean with helpful and friendly staff. Basic room, location felt safe and AC worked well

The room was clean and well maintained, and although I was worried about noise from the boat yard next door (almost under my window), there was barely any at all. My only complaint was that the coffee provided with the breakfast was truly terrible, though the rest of the food was fine.

It was affordable. It was a disappointment that they did not have an elevator.

Breakfast buffet was granola bars and a loaf of bread.

Basic but nice

The first room had a lot of hair on the bed. The second room also had hair. You had to lay the bed yourself with the sheets they gave you. The next day you put up the cleaning sign. The staff only arranged the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not change the towels used. They did not replenish the courtesy articles (soap and shampoo).

Good room rates, clean room and maintained property. If you like East Indian food there are many eating places to choose from.

“The blankets are itchy and cause redness on our skin. It seems they are not washed or changed regularly. The blankets feel rough against the skin. The rooms seem not well maintained and look old. There is no specific area or room for breakfast.”

Room and property were disgusting. Downstairs stunk like mildew, rooms, towels and linens too. Bathroom stunk like pee. If you can afford to stay anywhere else, you should. But staff and Expedia were extremely helpful
