It was ok

The hotel is in the middle of a large mall. You have all the amenities around. Starbucks, Chick Fla, Macey's and many more.

It was an average experience. I expected a higher floor and an overall better experience as a VIP member, I had to remind the front desk that I was a VIP member.

Stayed here while my granddaughter competed at Summit and we had a wonderful experience although our AC didn’t work the first day it was quickly resolved after I notified the front desk. Only complaint is the additional convenience fee- will be reaching out to Expedia for clarification.

Amazing hotel, amazing location. Hotel is attached to a mall and makes it easier for everything ( grocery shopping, Shopping, time consuming) parking is very good since it’s fenced. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Super clean place. highly recommend this place.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. But i didnt like the parking. No valet available, even though they said there was. I was adressed as Mr/Ms. Which i didnt like, in a text. The towels were not soft, no free movies. But a fee of $27.99 to rent one. Overall, it was nice but i felt more like i was in a 3 star, rather than 4.

Very tired condition since we stayed a few years ago. Discovered a problem with small flies in the bathroom - which itself was in poor condition
