Hotel was nice, luke warm shower water in evenings better in morning. Breakfast was ok but staff could not keep up with demand for food coffee and plates. Coffee machine only served coffee with sugar. Would not give additional coffee pods for room coffee machines.

Room was exceptionally clean. Raises due for cleaning staff. Sheets were very high quality. Convenient to Metro station. Taxi readily available 24/7 for airport, etc. Very nice lobby. Restaurant, bar and breakfast available on site. Grocery store across the street. Good price, beat expectations!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Roma Hotel! The staff were VERY welcoming, Our room was very comfortable, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with so many choices that everyone in the family found something they loved, everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is also located in a safe and convenient area, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. We highly recommend the Roma Hotel Lisbon for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay!

Nice large room with a balcony. Comfortable for our family of 4. Good choices for breakfast. The only negative was the limited coffee choices in the room and no ability to make tea.

This hotel is really clean. It has a very complete breakfast. The food offered in the restaurant is very good.

We liked this hotel. We had a big, clean room with comfy beds, a sitting area and balcony. It's convenient to the airport and the Metro, so it was easy to spend our last afternoon in Portugal sightseeing in Lisbon. We recommend.
