Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know.

A few minutes from bus station, very short walk to town centre, brilliant staff, free snacks and drinks after 2 pm, nice pool with power jet, good gym steam room etc.

Wonderful three night stay. Reception staff on arrival were helpful and friendly, explaining all facilities etc. Our room was large and comfortable, a bonus for me was a kettle so I could have my morning cuppa! Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh bread; there was even a chef there to cook eggs, or omelettes for you. There is a rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna, also sundeck with loungers. One of the unique things about this hotel is The Green. It is a lounge area where you can get free drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, such as salads, small sandwiches and cakes etc! Location was about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, the bus station is also only a 5 minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel gave me hostel vibes. Paying over £600 for a long weekend, is drastically overpriced for the quality. There was lots of mould in the shower and chips in the flooring. Positive though is that the room was very quiet (didn’t hear people next to/above me), it’s also within walking to basically everywhere in town.

The hotel was very good, clean, helpful staff, breakfast was a self service with some cooked items. Rooms, linen and towel were all high quality. Excellent service in the reception area for food and drinks that’s free for guests. Wound reckoned this hotel if you want convenience for central Mahón.

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the last day of my stay, really enjoyed, large room, large bathroom, everything really clean and staff very friendly, has piscina, spa, gym everything you need to have the best holidays! Really recommend this place to any one who wants to visit Menorca

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided useful tips to find a place to park my car.

Everything was absolutely perfect, staff were friendly and helpful always smiling. They made me feel really welcome. The spa and gym facilities are excellent. The Green room is a genius. Loved this hotel so much so ended up booking this chain at my next destination in Cala Galdana.

A comfortable hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and very near the bus station. The great added bonus was "The Green", an area where you could help yourself to wine, beer and snacks for free whenever you wanted. We didn't need to ask much of the staff, but when we did ask they were very helpful. Nice pool, though small, big enough to do some serious swimming in. I would happily return
