It was reasonably good. a little pricey. no significant complaints.

The handicapped rooms were dirty/gummy and were truly handicapped equipped. The showers were a tub with a handheld shower wind that did not detach from mount or adjust up or down. The beds were very worn and too high for a wheel chair transfer. The complimentary breakfast was limited and very low quality food items.

Very pleased. If i head that way again...I'll be staying there.

The rooms are newly remodeled, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The TV stand had water damage. The computer chair's covering was frayed. Curtains were stained. Beds were fine. Bath was fine. Value not worth what we paid to stay

The photos make this hotel look a bit nicer than what it is. Unfortunately the options are limited in this area for accommodations. Although the price was right, I wouldn’t say this hotel is particularly clean - we had dust on table/countertops and dirt on our floors. Although the hotel appears to have updated, it’s really just lipstick on a pig — you can tell there’s a lot of deferred maintenance. I would only rebook if I had no other option.

Not worth the money. The rooms are average at best and no better than a $40 a night hotel room in the area. Loud window air conditioners, not comfortable bed/pillow.

It was a fine hotel for a few days.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Sining room clean, foods fresh. Check in was quick but staff not friendly or wanted to make conversation.

Absolutely filthy (small) rooms. Furniture ripped and drapes torn to shreds. Toilet ran intermittently all day and night. Front desk clerk smoking weed. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Check in was fine. The mattress was one a flimsy, metal box spring that creaked. The mattress was sinking in also. We didn't notice until we went to sleep there were red streaks on the bed spread

Quiet location. Very friendly, kind staff. Plenty of towels !! Nice breakfast too!!

I've stay here many times and would normally have recommended it to anyone but this last time had drastically changed my mind and we will no longer be staying here. On our last day as we were getting ready to leave my youngest son got away from me when i dropped my keys and ran down the hall, unknown to me someone had jammed open the door to the pool area and I barely caught my two year old son before he fell into the pool. I barely caught him in time and was extreanly upset since i thought that door was suppost to be closed. I got my family to the car and went to check out and told the women at the desk about the door and what almost happened and the saftey issue. She told me that she's the one that left it opened because it was so hot and muggy in the pool area and that I should watch my child better. It says right by the dam door not to leave it open! Not only was she rude but I'm not risking my child drowning because someone can't keep a door that's suppost to be closed for safety closed.

Nice, professional staff. They do not warn you of the elevator being out of service until you arrive.

The lack of a elevator sucks

The parking lot was very small and difficult to navigate with a full sized truck. The lot was full of contractors trucks and trailers

The front desk staff at check-in was not pleasant. She was very short and acted as if we were a bother to her. For example, when I asked a simple question about my address that was listed incorrectly she sighed and said it didn’t matter that’s what I must have entered, as if it was a huge inconvenience to her to correct it. The elevator was also out of order and our room was on the third floor.
