I try to book this property whenever I have to stay in Irving, wonderful hotel and staff

Best hotel I've stayed in a while. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! This is my new go-to when visiting Texas!

Staff was over and above fantastic! Wish they could all be like this.

Sufficient for a weekend stay but the property is dated and not the cleanest.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, abundant parking, easy to get into and out of, FANTASTIC Shower water pressure. Definitely would stay again.

The Hyatt was a great location for our stay, all was great but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board was because it appeared the A/C was out in the lobby and corridors and was hot. Rooms were ice cold!

Great place almost a suite! Very comfortable and complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options.

This clean and spacious room was perfect for visiting people in the Metroplex. We will stay there again.
