It was a great hotel, they have all the amenities you can ask for and a fantastic breakfast. However I was not the biggest fan of the location, it was about a 30 min walk to the city centre and at night I felt unsafe at times

I was surprised not to find a single TV channel in English or in French. Very unusual. Otherwise, I liked the hotel very much.

Room was clean but...Toilet seat was very loose so we had to be careful, bidet actually rocked on the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall as the hook spun around, spraying water around the room, so showers were only hand-held. We assumed housekeeping would have reported these things during cleaning but when we told the front desk on our check-out they were surprised. Hotel was remodeling the front entrance and we asked if our room was old and going to be remodeled (why things were not repaired) but staff said there was no plan to remodel our room.

Basic facilities but clean. Nice breakfast. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. However, when we requested a kettle this was provided for us. Not very centrally located, but close to the metro station and main bus routes to get into town.

Hotel molto comodo perché a due passi dalla fermata della metro di via Dante. Pulito, tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale efficiente. Ottima colazione. Camera spaziosa e molto attrezzata nei particolari. Prezzo buono. Molto consigliato.

Nice hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there 5 years ago & is much more modern. Room had everything I needed (kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer). My only small complaint is the comfort levels of the bed. They may be fine for others, but the mattress was far too hard for me personally.

Con! Paid for a Superior double room with the Fiat on the wall. Given room 507 tiny dark box room no kettle, cups etc. Complained, eventually got a family room 410 but wasn't told it was only for one night. Had to pack up and move again! Got room 107 nice room , but still no Fiat and small shower.Was told there are only 3 Fiat rooms, that cost a lot more, false advertising. Wouldn't have paid extra if I'd known this. Disappointed 😡

Comfortable stay. Changed rooms because lock did not work. Would have been good to have a kettle for tea or coffee as was in the first room. Convenient location to city by Dante metro. Bought 48 hour transport ticket which was great to get us around.
