Conveiniant location. Very clean and updated rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the room near the pool so it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. Bring a fan if you are used to sleeping with one. The hotel has a little gym with treadmills and weights and a nice pool area. One of the beds were noisy due to springs. It could be heard any time you move so they need updated. One bed in the room was ok and comfortable. Bigger cups are needed for the keurig machine however, they had fresh coffee in the lobby early in the morning. We did not get to stay for breakfast but it consisted of eggs, yogurt, cereal, apples and juice. It was still being prepared when we were leaving so there could have been more. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Microwave, fridge, and keurig in room. We asked house keeping to visit our room and all they did was replace two pods of coffee, no cream packets were given, and they gave two clean towels. Didn't empty trash or make up the bed.

I didnt use the pool. Staff helpful and it was quiet.

No complaints at all. We'll located and friendly staff.

Gisele this morning was excellent, and the lady last night ( sorry i didnt ask her name, or look for a name tag) both were extremely friendly and helpful. Being woken up by screaming kids in the hallway does not reflex on the hotel. Breakfast was lackluster, missing any flavour and substance. Bed was comfortable, and room well equipped. Close to St. Louis bar, where we had an average meal. For the price we will stay again.

the faculty was very clean. We were slightly disappointed that the pool was out of service. Although that won't stop us from visiting again. The breakfast was disappointing and the desk person did apologize for the meagre offerings. The central location is perfect for us as out of province visitors.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff

The staff was amazing - so kind and courteous! We also enjoyed the great coffee at the buffet! My only complaint is that our room wasn't cleaned out after day one of two day vacation.

Breakfast menu was ok...but cold sausage and potatoes. Eggs ok the toasts, yogurt very good! The service was A1 at the main entrance...very helpful! The shops are everywhere, even Sobey's and licor store. Thanks, we will be back again... Sonia
