Customer service employees, during evening and overnight service, were great. The young lady overnight was a joy to interact with… and the coffee…. My heavens!!! Hard to beat!

The bed was very comfortable. But the shower ad litteraly zero pressure -.- and not 100% clean... and the coffee machine in our room was nor clean...

Everything other than breakfast was fine.The buffet area was really small and messy.The reat was great.Good service and staff.

We were in a room near the front desk and buffet area and it was very noisy with check ins and outs and once the 6am buffet started. The room was clean and comfortable but the noise level was bothersome

House keeping: did replace the towels but did not clean the bathroom or straighten out the bed covers. Beds: double mattresses need to be replaced☹️

Beds too soft & pillows useless to the degree that one couldn’t sleep!

Our room was clean, everything worked great, but the best part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Definitely recommend this hotel

The pool is very dirty. The mattress closest to the window is sunken in. The air conditioner works poorly as the room was very hot.
