Front of desk excellent, room clean and tidy.

Nice hotel. Was undergoing construction which made access a little more difficult. Staff was great and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Convenient to the airport; however not worth the price. Extremely noisy with zero amenities and not working AC during very hot days.

Ideal for me as I was travels g from ijmuden to Ostrava

The inn is a good motel, good room, and friendly. Problem is that it is 30 mins walk from station and no public transport available- also uber very reluctant to go there. if you are going to Krystal thermen it is 50 minutes walk- no transport avaialble so fone if you have car but if not then don't go. ( unless u love walking).

Stayed 2 nights. Ok place to stay. Clean rooms, ok breakfast, parking available. Not much to do on site though. Indeed can alway travel around.

We stoped for a night of sleep on our way to Poland, we got there in the evening but still we were able to eat (good) at the restaurant and had breakfast next morning, breakfast standard but thats perfectly enough. Rooms are nothing fancy u can see, thats an older hotel, perfect for the workers staying there from Monday to Friday, but for a night of sleep on ur way good. Thank u to the bartender and receptionist and cook everything in one person this evening, cause he is really a nice guy.

Ok for cheap motorway hotel. Good food, good shower. Receptionist could cheer up a little.... smiling doesn’t cost anything 😀

Easy access to place of work as travelled for business.

The staffs at the front desk are very nice. The guest room is clean. Free WIFI and free parking are offered. If you travel with a car, this is a nice place to stay.

Nice room, friendly staff. Good value for money for the breakfast and room. Dinner was also available at extra cost but mostly fast/snack foods.

The hotel was good, a little further out of town - but fine if you have your own vehicle - well worth the savings on price. Hotel was comfortable - good Tasty breakfast on offer. Free wifi Rooms comfy Good parking - boring surrounds.

Stayed for one night for a business trip. The staff is very friendly. Parking is right in front of the hotel. I got there after 11pm, but that was no problem. The room was standard but comfortable. The bathroom is nothing fancy, but good water pressure, and includes a blow dryer and soap (in the shower and by the sink) - a fact I was trying to find out on their website beforehand since I was traveling with carry on only. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. What did bother me a little is that in the morning one could smell someone smoking from the bathroom - might have been a room below or next door. My room itself was non-smoking and did not smell, neither did the bathroom the night before. The breakfast buffet was small, but sufficient - fair for 8 EUR, I think . The bread was delicious. Checkout was easy.

Short stay, just to overnight - room was small but tidy. Mineral water in the room for extra 3,5 Eur was unnecessary. Doors to the corridor clashed to often making noise.

Overall very comfortable and pleasant

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, literally. Thank of it as a motel, its a 25minute walk to the train station and a 30minute train ride to Berlin. Other then that it is a clean and standard hotel, don't stay here if your aim is to visit Berlin, pay extra and stay somewhere closer.

We spent a night at Tulip Inn when spending some time at a nearby therme/sauna complex and for the money the hotel was very good, we really only went there to sleep. But the bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and water was very hot. The front desk staff were friendly and the location was conveniently close to the motorway as well as the therme.

The hotel is located outside of Berlin. But, the staff was friendly, the room is clean and comfortable. In general I like my stay at Tulip Inn.

Stay was really nice and even though arrived on dec, 31st the staff was very gentle from check in till check out.
