Property was fine and service was good but the value price ratio is low.

My stay was perfect staff were quick and polite room was clean and the TV had HDMI connection for my laptop will stay again

Nice hotel just off the main centre & 10 minutes walk to the bus & train station, has a kettle in the room, would stay again if visiting Elche.

Excellent hotel with good prices, friendly and helpful staff and it was close by to the nearest railway station.

We were warmly welcomed by Max. He also arranged for our taxi pickup to train upon departure. Hotel is well maintained and very clean, comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. We will certainly stay again when returning to Elche.

When booking I had booked a double room for single use ( I understood from Hotels.com that it could be either a double bed or two singles together and I was OK with that. What I got was a small room with one single bed that was uncomfortably narrow for a 6’3” person. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the hotel but either way I was stuck with it for at least one night because no other hotels were available in the center. To be fair the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Elevators are small. I could hear everything in the room, anytime a person spoke nearby to toilets being flushed in the rooms overhead. The mattress was of poor quality and didn’t make for a comfortable night’s sleep. I checked out the next morning whereby I had originally planned to stay for two nights. The width of the room was about 6.5ft

Nice staff and good food

Very central hotel with easy walking distance to all the historic sights and beautiful squares. We were visiting family in Las Baies, and found the access in and out of the city and reserved parking, very straightforward.

En general todo en orden. A destacar, la buena atención y ubicación. Por otro lado, la limpieza en el baño la deben mejorar y una renovación a los baños les vendría muy bien.

I had room 609 nice quiet and spacious . A big thank you to all the staff who kindly took care of me during my staff . Receptionist waitresses cleaners all fantastic …and food is amazing thank you

They were so helpful when i arrived. They give me a map. Make sure i was well take care off. Max was so helpful and the other staffs as well. Ill be always be greatful Max😖

Very cosy and well-kept hotel, good restaurant with lovely and friendly staff throughout. The cooling/heating was a bit temperamental. Location is excellent and you're right in the centre, seconds away from all the shops and restaurants as well as all the beautiful areas that Elche has to offer!
