Good morning, In my opinion, having the TV on in the entry lobby would improve the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the A/C should be running, as it gets very hot in that area. The current environment at the entrance is not very welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I truly believe these small details—such as having the TV on, ensuring proper air conditioning, and turning on the electric chimney—would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these details.

Staff wasn’t really friendly. You asked a question. They don’t know nothing they’re not even say good morning. Smile you feel like you’re there for free.

Yo sí lo recomiendo al 100% las atenciones son muy buenas el personal muy amigable todo seguro y accesible la ubicación tuve mi cita con mi familia al consulado y todo muy bien yo lo recomiendo a la gente que vaya de vacación que vaya negocio o que vaya a una entrevista al consulado yo lo recomiendo sólo tuve un pequeño detalle que cuando recién llegué alguien había tirado o derramado un líquido en el elevador y lo reporté y en una ocasión no sé si por servicio de alguna causa mientras me bañaba se acabó se fue el agua pero son cosas que pasan el desayuno incluido la comida todo está perfectamente bien saludable y rico gracias por todo

Very clean , and very good staff

I reserved my room with ample time for my visit to Ciudad Juarez. When I arrived, the front desk staff say that there was no reservation under my name or with my reservation number. I called Hotels.com about this and confirmed that the hotel did receive my reservation, did pre-approve my reservation and they weren't sure why they didn't have a room for me. I asked to book a room with them directly after this issue but they said the entire hotel was booked and there was not one single room to host me. Triple check your reservation before arriving here to make sure you're not out on the street without a reservation

Excellent service well recommended, excelente servicio muy recomendado puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles hablando de comodidad y instalaciones. Lo único en mi opinión que cambiaría sería el tipo de shampoo que ofrecen en las Habitaciones fuera de eso excelente hotel .

Clean room, comfortable bed, water shut off for about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good:

The staff were not nice.

Clean rooms, very spacious. Restaurant is great. We added on breakfast and it was worth it. It’s a buffet and it changed daily as to what was on it. You could also get your eggs cooked however you wanted. Pool has a lot of chemical but water was great. Wi-Fi kept cutting out in my laptop but tv and phones worked fine. Has a gym. Hotel has a car service if you ask in time to take you to appointments. Or you can use Uber and taxis.
