Everything is great except the price is really high for weekdays

What hotels use to be like when customer service was everything.

Our stay at Harbor Shores went smoothly Was clean, staff was great and had everything we needed.

Every time we stay at Harbor Shores we love it because we park the car and then everything for our stay is with in walking distance . So we don’t use the car again until our stay is done. Great restaurants in the area !!! Oak fire is my favorite food and drinks out of this world

Love the location of the hotel to the lake. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Beds were a bit below average. Overall good stay

The bed was horrible. They need to get new mattresses.

We didn’t get to use too many amenities. Short visit.

Booked 2 rooms for family outing. Walked across street to boat rental and restaurants, shopping close by. Harbor Shores staff very friendly and grounds are kept up very beautiful.

Harbor Shores is a great place to stay in Lake Geneva. Centrally located. Great view of the lake.

We found the property to be in prime condition, completely renovated, although probably originally built in the 1960s. The staff was amazingly supportive and helpful. Our trip there was for seven days and we only used our car twice in that time. Perfect place for walking to the downtown!

Bed was a little uncomfortable

The heated pool was a nice surprise, compared to the neighbor hotel we stayed last year.

Nice place to stay. Good location across from lake. Couldn’t get in room at first. Maintenance man had to open. Door was sticking. We then knew we had to push very hard. Older people may have trouble.

The location of this hotel is great. I like that they have balconies overlooking lake Geneva. They have a nice pool area. And they've recently done some updates on the property

I thought the room was nice, but I had hoped to have a way to sit by the lake or some kind of lake access. I knew there was not a beach there, so it was not a case of misinformation.

Location with parking was 5 stars Staff was superior, especially the maid service. Balcony over the lake was deluxe. Bed was broken down & lumpy. A/C was loud. There was a chewing sound in the walls at night.

Easy check in and out.
