Reception staff was not very helpful. I booked a Grande Room for 3 (2 Adult & 1 Child 6 years old) but they only provided me 1 bed. I asked for bed for my child and they said It will cost extra. They said free welcome drinks but no body asked ir offered any drinks. AC was not working properly. Had to call reception. Also had a power cut off twice. Not enough toiletries provided in bathroom. Room was booked for 3 of us but only set of 2 towels, 2 brush etc was left. Only 1 toilet tissue roll that was also half used. Carper was a bit dirty. It is an average hotel with less then average service. Wouldn't go again.

Stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and again this year and must say the standard in terms of cleanliness, service, property condition was still the same. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, old school charms overlooking the ocean, great views. Good in house dining options. Helpful and friendly staff. However, small lift that could barely fit 2 people with luggage. A bit dated but clean. Depending on how much I paid, good value for money.

I booked three rooms at this hotel from December 25th to 27th, 2024. Although the check-in time was 2 PM, we didn’t receive our rooms until after 3 PM, despite having made the reservation nearly a month in advance. One of the rooms had a persistent, foul smell of stale urine. After speaking with several people at the reception, we were told they couldn’t address the issue immediately and that they could only offer another room the next day. We waited until 1 PM the following day with no updates from the hotel. Eventually, after spending more time at the reception and making repeated requests, we were given another room, but it smelled even worse. When we reported the issue again, the reception staff hung up on us without any response. We were also informed that the General Manager would be available at 3 PM to address our concerns, but when that time came, we were told the GM was too busy and wouldn’t take calls. We were only able to meet the GM the next day, during check-out, after making multiple requests. In addition to these issues, the refrigerators in the other rooms didn’t work, and there were various other problems. The food at the hotel restaurant was also inedible, and the reception staff showed little to no responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My favorite place to stay when I'm in Mumbai. Great location right on Juhu Beach. The breakfast buffet at Aqua is incredible.

This hotel should learn plenty of things from their sun &sand hotel in Shirdi for excellent breakfast and buffet dinner never have minestrone soup I don’t know why they gave this name to soup
