The staff is wonderful and warm. They were very helpful in arranging taxis for us and answered all of our questions. The location is close to the train station. The facilities require care and renovation. The rooms are ridiculously small and the the bed covers, bedsheets need renewing !! The towels had hair in them - to my shock. I would definetly not stay here again, but it did it's job for the night.

It’s a nice hotel close to the train station and still can walk to the town center. The property is old, but clean and included breakfast was great everyday.

Only there for one night so really just looking for a nice cold bed for the evening. Staff were lovely. Hotel a little tired looking which we didn’t mind at all but the advertised air con was very very poor. I think we would have been colder sleeping outside than in our room.

This place was Tall. Good AC. Bed were fine. Only one pillow. Decent location about five minutes from food and 20 from shopping center. Small shower that is standard it seems. If you are a tall or wide person you probably wont enjoy it much. Staff was great room was clean and comfy. bathroom was clean and bright. Would stay again.

Nice stay. Loved the bikes that were available to borrow with a deposit! Breakfast was a lovely spread and the back patio was delightful.

Brilliant & helpful front-desk staff - did lots to try & sort the issues we encountered - 1) Very poor AC - (room far too hot- hence uncomfortable) - gave us a fan to circulate the hot air. 2) TV not working initially - they did get it to work eventually - but No international channels (CNN/NBC/BBC etc) only Italian ones ! 3) No lift - but staff shuffled rooms to get us ground floor - so didn’t have to get cases upstairs. No tea/coffee facilities in room - but coffee available at reception. At least there was a fridge ! Maybe we expected too much for what’s classified as 3* hotel ?

Our stay was generally ok, the staff was ok, the breakfast was great. AC keep turning off and had to go few times downstairs to reset the breakers to turn on. Worst part was the bugs, we had ants and bugs coming out of the bathroom walls at night and also the bathroom window. The wall in the bedroom was coming apart and it looked like mildew or mold.

Perfect for access to the exhibition centre

For a 3 star hotel it sure felt like a 1. The room was dirty. Dust on all the surfaces and shower was not cleaned. The bed was hard and only had 2 small pillows. When asked if we could get more it seemed like a hassle to the staff.

Very nice accommodations and excellent location. Breakfast was an excellent experience with something for everyone.

Just your average hotel. About a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Staff were very indifferent both on arrival and check out. Breakfast was chaotic, the coffee machine exploded at one point and the room is far too small for guests to eat and serve themselves. The area around the hotel is not desirable. The room was very basic for the price I paid. No facilities for hot drinks. Walls are very thin and bedding was inadequate. There was simply a sheet and no duvet cover? Damp marks on the wallpaper above the window.

We can safely say this hotel could use some updates. Our lamp shade was broken, our bathroom tiles were cracked, the door frame was also loose…. But the staff and the management was excellent! Our room was clean and roomy for with 2 single beds. The bed was very comfortable and we needed 2 additional pillows which they immediately provided which was much appreciated! The breakfast was VERY adequate and we looked forward each morning to eggs, bacon, various pastries, croissants, cheeses, fresh fruits ect..! We especially loved being able to use the hotel bikes to tour the city! The wifi was strong and fast, the shower was hot and satisfying! We would stay here again for the location, fair price and the staff!

I felt this property was overpriced. The area around the station is dubious. The hotel is tired. Their management systems need reviewing - I received 2 wake up calls that I didn’t place. The joy for me was the laundry (not related to the hotel) which was located nearby and cleaned my clothes perfectly. However, I would not stay ant the hotel ever again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good location next to the train station and short walk into the centre. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Would recommend.
