Good deal and good location

Very convenient and super helpful staff

My room has a great view ro the mountains, however, it was on the side of the busy road. Hearing cars noise ag night wasn't ideal. The shower door couldn't close properly. Water was coming out on the floor. Overall, tI had a pleasant stay and will definitely reco the hotel. The location was on top

Easy to find and next to river

Budged hotel, but really could have a kettle in the room, was very surprised that it does not have it. Got view with amazing view, which was great. Bed was comfy, room clean. Biggest issue was parking, which said online is nearby for 6 euros, actual closest one is 15 min away and was not 6 euros. End up driving around for an hour and paid almost 30 euros

The room was clean and comfortable but quite small. I would definitely choose this room if you were planning to be gone a lot. A great place to sleep and shower.

Good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and close to walk into Grenoble town centre with lots of places to see, eat and drink.

The sheets appeared clean, but the bed and pillows were very smelly which made it unpleasant to sleep in; the disposable bed protector was dirty and torn. The air condition did not work so it was hot and uncomfortable, the fan helped a little but it was still stuffy, and it was too noisy to leave the windows open.

Location is absolutely perfect with a bustling town square of cafes and restraunts on the door step. Parking is available at the hotel, or the local parking out front in the square. I had a front room overlooking the square where live entertainment was on over the weekend and with the windows closed, I couldn't hear a thing. I'll definitely stay again here.

Check in was smooth, quick and easy. Great customer service. Room was big enough. You got all questions about directions answered from front desk. Finding the location without service or wifi is difficult but once you know, its very close to the train station. No microwave or fridge but you can ask them to store your food in their fridge and warm stuffs for you, no matter how late at nights. Over 100 restaurants in walking distance. Borrow their iron and charging port. I chose here because of previous reviews and I was satisfied

Handy from train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Simple but clean. Perfect for overnight rest prior to transfer up to Alpes.

first room a bit small and cramp but second room perfect

We really liked this hotel. It had early check in at noon, but we arrived even earlier, and the friendly staff let us keep our luggage there while we explored. More spacious and welcoming room than another Ibis we'd stayed at, with the same basic amenities. Best of all: this hotel is ~5 minute walk from the train station and right on the Isere River, and our window had a gorgeous view of the river, the mountain(s) and the Bastille.

Staff were exceptional and helped with everything they could. Great location and convenient parking. Great view from room.

Very convenient location, easy walk from train station, and good choice of restaurants near by. Easy TransAltitude bus to Alpe d’Huez.

Found hotel easily as it was near coach and train station. Convenient for city centre and tram service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They kindly allowed me to use their fridge to store something as there is no fridge in the room. Room is pretty spacious and location is close to the train station but yet quiet.
