Excellent location close to shops, eateries, airport and cruise pier. However a little outdated in furnishing of room.

Problem with air conditioner

The Hotel Conte was a perfect place for me when I stayed there. It was very clean and very close to all the main attractions.

The property have many problems , they cut the water for maintenance, so I have to take a shower early or don’t be possible after 4 pm , AC not working for 3 days terrible , location is really good but really bad maintenance . The staff is really good . Look for better place if is important for you the AC AND THE WATER .

Awful reception staff (fat bearded guy) had bad manners and gave unsafe recommendations. Sent my partner walking to Puerto Madero....when it is widely known the suurounding area is unsafe. When I complained about it he almost shouted at me.... Anyway, big rooms but dated and super noisy (could barely sleep 3hrs! From 2 to 5am). Do not stay there unless you have no option.

The unit didn't have a refrigerator. The towels smell bad. The breakfast was simple.

Rather 2-3 star hotel, not 4star as indicated. Very old furniture. Comfortable bed. Breakfast basic.

Very well located. Nice staff. The hotel needs an upgrade, facilities, floors, furniture bathrooms are way too old.

Computer was down and couldn't download a room key, then couldn't connect to Wifi. And when I called the desk, nobody answered the phone, so twice I had to ride the elevator down 13 floors to ask a question.

What a perfectly comfortable kingsize bed! Exactly the right balance of firmness vs pliability/flexibility (for lack of a better word :). Crisp, clean sheets. We slept sooo well! We checked in late (past 1am) and the process was super quick and efficiently done, even though it was way past their usual check in hours. Breakfast was lovely, very nice spread. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Conte hotel. Another bonus: Checkout till 12pm! Thank you, to all the Conte.staff members, we love it here and will most definitely be back.

The hotel is nice, but very old. The rooms need to be updated. The location is excellent. The staff is a bit indifferent (expect the cleaning ladies who were always friendly).

Great location, right across the street from the bus station to the airport. Breakfast buffet has good selection. Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious but needs a little maintenance (door is tight on frame so makes noise when closing and toilet has water drops noise constantly)
