Didn't use the WiFi but the room was spotless,a good size and had all we needed.Bed was very big and comfortable.facilites good and breakfast was excellent.Will be booking again.

My group had a fantastic stay at the Vale. The rooms were excellent with large comfortable beds, very good bathroom facilities though a light over the bathroom mirror would have been appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent with excellent options, though the coffee from the machines was not to my liking it was quite weak. The restaurant was excellent with a good menu choice. The bar was comfortable but on one night was let down by slow service behind the bar and tables not being cleared. I would hope that was down to a poor staffing night rather than the norm! Staff were genuinely friendly and courteous. The pool and gym facilities were excellent despite the showers being out of action. Overall a lovely stay and I would definitley consider staying again in the future.

Had a lovely stay at the vale resort on 28 march. Made use of the spa and had a 2 hour walk around the grounds,lake and castle after a lovely breakfast . Well recommended for a break away

Fantastic place! Staff couldn’t do enough to help when my friend had a dress disaster! Lovely place to stay would happily go back. Very clean and great facilities, delicious breakfast as well.

Beautiful hotel, very comfy beds, lovely room. Had a wonderful evening too. Breakfast was gorgeous, stunning view over the golf course. Definitely recommend the hotel 👌

Lovely clean hotel with loads of parking and friendly staff.

We used the pool which was good ,only thought our breakfast could be hotter but overall very good stay.

Beautiful room clean spacious and the bed was very comfortable nothing wad to much trouble we had a lift to llanerch and back free of charge my elemis facial was amazing will definitely return .

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were attending a wine tasting experience at Llanerch Vineyard and the hotel, very kindly, shuttled us to and from the vineyard, which was fantastic! The room was nice. The bathroom in particular was very spacious. My husband and I had a lovely overnight stay, would highly recommend.

Hotel great, staff, rooms & restaurant quality food & great menu. Would highly recommended, setting beautiful too!
