Multiple vehicle inspections for the same vehicle can be inconvenient, even though the registration number of the vehicle being checked in is provided upon check-in. Overall, I found this hotel to be good, and I recommend it to anyone considering staying at the Grand Luley.

Check-in and check-out were fast. There were plenty of photo spots, and the surroundings were truly beautiful. All the staff were friendly, which was the most important thing in my opinion, making the experience comfortable. However, the downside was the breakfast: the fried rice was hard, and the yellow rice topping with meat seemed unfit for consumption.

The AC wasn't cold, and it was noisy, probably because it hadn't been upgraded. The fruit for breakfast smelled like cat feces...

Very cool for a family vacation

The view from the pier is beautiful, and the pool is comfortable for swimming, with long, deep laps. Breakfast is standard. Unfortunately, the room was damp, and the floor was sticky, as if it had been mopped with soap without rinsing. There are some room amenities, such as a balcony with a damaged roof.

Shuttle service from the hotel to the room is facilitated by a special vehicle while enjoying the surrounding beauty.

The staff is friendly, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is nice, there are lots of spots for walking and taking photos... the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet

Overall, everything was amazing. Special thanks to Andy, Mosal, and the rest of the boat crew — during our family trip to Bunaken, they took such great care of us the whole time, from snorkeling to diving. The food was superb, well-seasoned, and always served at the perfect temperature. The restaurant team was awesome — super quick to respond and really attentive to what we needed. The receptionist was lovely too, always smiling and explaining everything clearly. Our rooms were fantastic, clean, and very comfortable. And last but not least, a big thank you to Lenda for handling our booking so smoothly.
