Superior staff

Hotel was clean, neat and orderly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms seemed to be renovated so, practically new. Where we were disappointed was the beds. They were uncomfortably firm. Laying in one position for a while you’ll get sore. Pillows were flat, so if you’re a side sleeper, like I am, your head is not supported. Horrible sleep, woke with lower back pain, beds are horrible. After a long day, the part you the hotel you’re looking forward to, nice comfy bed, was a disappointment.

I would have liked breakfast time to be extended a little later, til 10am instead of til 9am

our stay was wonderful from check-in to check out. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is really clean. The location is convenient too.

This was last minute family trip for the 4th of July. Staff and complimentary breakfast was great! We were greeted upon arrival and not knowing they did not have an elevator the staff accommodated us with a first floor room. Excellent service all around !

It was a great stay; we enjoyed being on the first floor. The only con is that we wish there were more room to eat breakfast in the lobby, and maybe one more waffle maker. Overall, very clean and nice. The pool was super clean and nice.

Large hole in drapes. Leather chair had large worn spots. Could not log on to tv unless we had fire stick device so no Netflix or YouTube just basic cable

Breakfast was great .Could use automatic entrance doors for wheelchair accessible.

Property seemed fairly clean, not overly pungent with cleaning products covering stench, close to lots of things.

Staff was GREAT! Hotel is kinda on the old side, needs some upgrades but CLEAN. I would absolutly stay here again! Pool was a little dirty but we cleaned it as much as we could! Enjoyed the pool since there wasn't anyone in it. Would recommend! We woke up late for breakfast everyday we stayed 😅 but happy we had that as an option.

Nice place to start. Peaceful. Clean and will maintained. About 40 minutes away from the Padre Island and other beaches. Couple of not so good things- No elevator in the hotel. You'll need to carry your bags The refills in breakfast are a little slow. Not a big issue. Once someone is informed, it would be attended to quickly.
