The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cosy and very clean. Lovely walk in shower. The TV only has french channels but you can log into YouTube and watch you favourite. Breakfast was lovely and starts from 6am-10am. Everyone was so lovely in this hotel and the area was lovely too. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home for 5 days 🙏😁

The staff was supper “sympa” which means they are super nice and accommodating! Gave me good advice as to how to navigate the city of Lyon! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

As our train from Lille was cancelled (fire on the line), we missed our first pre-paid night, arriving hot & tired next day, Very friendly, sympathetic welcome and helpful information given. Nice, quiet, comfortable room with working aircon and tea/coffee regularly replenished by the kettle. Short walk from the rail station or tram & pleasant stroll to park & amenities.

Great option, perfectly located next to the Perrache train station. Really warm service, good breakfast.

10/10 Everything was great. They checked with me if I need new towels and tea/coffee. They were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s walking distance from a transit station and close to all the major attractions.

The bed was big and comfortable, (though the pillows were terrible), and the bathroom was new. The rest of the hotel was shabby. The breakfast isn’t really worth taking, better to go to one of the many lovely cafes in the area. The location is very good.

Hotel room was very small but clean and quiet, the area around had many restaurants to choose from with the transportation just a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is very minimal and the hotel does not have a restaurant, you need to go out to eat. For me I do recommend this place because of the location and price, so yes I would stay here again.

Its was ok. The location is good. But the hotel is not great.. I put the card do not disturb and they still came into my room.. my stuffs had moved and they replaced my towels et made my bed. But I think its disrespecful to enter someone's room when they ask not too. Its also very noisy. I had the room beside the elavator and the stairs and I can hear the people like they were having a party in my room:/

In our travels, we are looking for safe, clean, accommodation, and friendly staff. The accommodation fully met our needs. The commitment of the staff, to ensuring that we had the information we needed and enjoyed a pleasant stay was obvious from the whole team. It made our stay in Lyon memorable. This was an excellent place to homebase for a four days stay with easy access to attractions and transportation. Very central to all things.

A nice hotel - helpful staff- rooms are quite small, making it difficult to move around with 2 people but it was a nice stay

I visit Lyon once or twice a year for work and always use this hotel as a convenient and comfortable budget option. It is distinctly no frills and there is no bar or restaurant but the rooms are stylish and comfortable and it is close to Place Carnot where there are many excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. It also has an excellent breakfast buffet with continental options.

Very tiny room. Ac didn’t seem to work. Staff was friendly. We only stayed one night I’m sure if we stayed longer, we would have embraced it more so. Look up live jazz a taxi or Uber ride away. That was amazing!! Be sure if getting a taxi to the hotel to confirm address. He dropped us quite far from the actual hotel and had to drag full luggage around to get there. Have google translate handy if you do not speak French well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A clean room, comfortable bed, reasonably big by European standards. It was quiet, but close to the Perrache station and shopping/dining options. The front desk staff gave very good service and the breakfast was good with staff present. However the dining room was very small so you have to book a time for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Good location. The room is very small and the shower has a very slippery floor and no grab bars. My 75 yr. old husband slipped in the shower and almost fell. Also, no place to hang towels.
