Basic hotel on edge of centre of Santiago. Clean room but no other facilities. Fine for 1 night stay, wouldnt want to stay longer.

I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 3 days. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my drinks, fresh OJ, and yogurt cold. Close to the grocery store and next to a wash and dry place. Yes, Ill stay here again.

Ideal location, perfect after walking the camino, great to have a good bathtub

Not a good experience. We arrive at hotel on a Saturday at 5pm after completing the Camino. The restaurant was closed and also the bar. We have booked hotel because it has restaurant. No other restaurants nearby, area not good. Next morning restaurant was open, but lady was extremely rude. She crabbed cup of coffee from my hand as i was supposely not allowed to take coffee from area where a noisy group of teenagers are having breakfast, i cannot recommend this hotel
