Service was great. Hotel is outdated and not well maintained.

The hotel and service was outstanding, including the concierge desk. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bravo to the management. We stayed at the executive room on floor 8th and the room was very specious and comfortable, very large bathroom with double sinks, large closet and a large desk for work. The TV had multiple channels and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were quiet, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The only slight negative comment is that early in the morning it takes 10 -15 minutes to get hot water. During higher demand I had to wait for several minutes. It appears that the hot water recirculating line was not designed well for our room. I highly recommend the hotel.

Room extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and always willing to accommodate the needs of my family. They had no problem allowing for a late check out which was a big deal for me traveling with two toddlers. Thanks

I was charged £190 for dry cleaning with no warning. I fully appreciated it was express and I was fine with pay - but 190 for a few shirts, a pair of shorts and some underwear? I’m utterly utterly disgusted. What a lovely first impression - not.

Overall good hotel, but somewhat dated in places (particularly in the rooms). I don’t like the fact that 90% of the rooms overlook a relatively busy atrium/bar area, that you can hear inside your room. Also, the soundproofing to the outside is fairly poor. I
