No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

Booked double room, was given twin. Finally changed to double. Another room's toilet waste bubbled up into my bathroom through the shower drain...awful. Changed rooms AGAIN, that trim had a bathroom that had not been cleaned, ugh... Awfull beds, 2 small single duvets for a large double bed, like all German hotels, bloody awful.

Decent hotel close to many things in Munster. Parking only 4€ a day, not as good as free but not too bad either. 10 minutes from the train station by foot. Room a little dated, including carpet and kind of ugly furniture. But the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Overall not a bad value. Friendly English speaking staff.

Excellent staff but no A/C in rooms. The temperature was in the upper 30s, so two very uncomfortable nights. No modern hotel should be without A/C in this day and age.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent reception staff and very clean rooms. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but there is no A/C in the rooms and, with temperatures in the mid-30s at the moment (36 yesterday), it was impossible to feel comfortable. In fact, it was difficult to breathe and sleep. This can be very distressing. We always carry a fan with us, but even this wasn't enough. For many people, the extreme heat in the rooms must be a health hazard. The fact that the prices at this modern hotel are quite high means it is unacceptable in this day and age that there are no A/Cs or air-cooling systems in the rooms. Not even fans. After the severe heat wave across Europe last year, with temperatures in the 40s, the hotel has had enough time to install a cooling system.

There was a problem with my reservation that the staff worked out and gave me a room at 5 am. They were very accommodating

For a Solo trip, the hotel was good. This is my second time at the hotel in a city I know very well. It is no the most centrally located hotel in the city but if you're driving it is ok. Also, it is adjacent to the convention center which makes it ideal for business during the varied conventions. I never saw the breakfast or meal offerings so I am unable to comment on those. Parking is secure and free (at least on both of my trips). There is a movie theater, night club, and gym next door for those interested. the second time being there and I

The rooms are noisy and very hot. So hot in fact that even in winter the windows can be opened. However as soon as the windows are open the noise from the road and nearby railway line are hard to ignore

I’m from the US so maybe some of these things are common in Germany. No power in night stands for clock or phone charging. Extra fees for WiFi Extra charge for breakfast, and quite expensive at around $19 a day No A/C in rooms King bed is 2 twins put together

Nice hotel about a 10-minute walk from the train station. About a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. Not much to do around the hotel that I found most of the attractions are a 20-30 min walk. No outlets near the bed, all are located on the wall by the desk, approx 10 ft away. Card keys kept stopped working. Didn't work when first checked in and the 3rd day. 2nd day door was left open by the cleaning staff. Many small problems, but would stay again when the need arises.
