Wonderful hotel. If you can compare Madrid to New York City, hotel, Leonardo feels like uptown. Super walkable to all areas.

Good location, great breakfast. The room was very comfortable besides the fact that the room has a water damaged wood floor that is extremely cuped and hard to walk on with no shoes. One elevator would not register to go down to the lobby. We had to switch elevators more than once.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel is accessible by public transport and has several restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here in mid March for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, clean, and the staff very helpful. There was no restaurant or eatery on site, at least at night. Could also have been the time of year. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Washrooms were impeccable. It felt a little college dorm, but that didn’t deter from the enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in the excellent location, easy to walk or via Metro. All preferences in the booking was noted and delivered, which showed their commitment to deliver good service. The air conditioning is also spot on, which is important to Madrid.

Doom wasn’t cleaned one day, even when we put sign on door. Room was small, but great location. No amenities, soap option was not good. Staff was kind and friendly.

All good, very good breakfast

The balcony in room 801 is a great feature and we really enjoyed using it. The shower was also powerful and refreshing and the bed was really comfortable.

We had an extended stay at the Leonardo and found the location, rooms and breakfast were fantastic for our trip. We had easy access to the metro and a wonderful start to our morning each day at breakfast. The staff were professional and kind.

Room was clean and staff friendly. Buffet breakfast excellent with lots of choices.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and check-in was smooth. However, the soundproofing in the bedrooms could definitely be improved, as noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite noticeable. With better insulation, the stay would be much more comfortable.
