Floor was dirty and barhroom towel rack broken.

Showed up for a big conference at another hotel that did not meet even the standard so we had to find a hotel quickly to move ten of our team members over to and Galt House turned out to be a "blessing in disguise" as one of my team members put it. Meet all of our needs and even exceeded many of our expectations since it was a last minute switch. Great service and super nice hotel!

So while the buildings and location were super cool. The hotel restaurants and bars top notch… the guest rooms were seriously lacking. There was an overly musty and moldy smell as soon as the doors opened on any of the guest room floors. All my work colleagues said the same thing. The sheets felt plastic like and the rooms were rather gloomy and super outdated.

Great location and so many dining options within walking distance. Room was huge and nicely appointed.

The hotel was nice. Their system was down and they had to use paper to check a lot of people in. However, they provided water and even snacks to everyone. The staff was all super pleasant. The room was ok. Bed was comfy. Our shower needed maintenance. It ran more in the tub than the shower head.

This was my first time at Galt House, and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff, location was amazing!!!!

Staff was friendly but room smelled stale. Parking structure look worn from the river but clean overall and well lit. Love the bathroom in my hotel room.

We loved the view and the beds were very comfy . It was rather hot in the room though and we couldn’t get the AC to work .too tired to wait in service from hotel .
