Sotogrande was recommended to us by a frequent visitor there. They take care of everything and the food was wonderful at all venues on the property. We did not play golf but it is known as a golf destination and many were there for golf.

I had a wonderful stay, eveyone was very nice and made me feel very welcome.

Stunning setting, beautifully designed hotel, great food, fantastic service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Especially loved the spa and the bungalow style rooms. Recommend even if you have no interest in golf, there is lots more to do. We went for a relaxing spa break. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful resort

The quality of everything at the hotel is top tier. In this case you very much get what you pay for and some. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are really helpful and the food options are great. The spa was really well equipped and the pool was a great place to spend a few hours in the sun.

Fantastic service

A beautiful hotel in excellent condition and perfect location for enjoying all that Sotogrande has to offer. The staff were all super helpful and went out of their way to ensure that nothing was too much trouble. The kids entertainers were fantastic with the children and played so many games with them, the kids were exhausted by the end of the afternoon. Highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel

poor service! they don’t have a turn down service, 7 nights and not a single day. for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable!!

The hotel and restaurants are beautiful, the breakfast service can be a little chaotic

Overpriced average food. Room poorly sound insulated. Service poor at management level - staff require more training. Overall disappointing stay. Cleanliness could be better. Amenities very stingy.

The overall state of the property is great so is the gym. The stuff is very friendly specially the ones at breakfast. However, I was disappointed about the Spa, they have so many lockers in the changing room but the spa are cannot accommodate that many people. The Turkish bath only holds 5 people and the sauna was broken which was the main reason we’ve chosen the hotel.

My congratulations to Mohamed who works at the front desk. He helped a lot and made a big difference for us. Ferrari Family from Switzerland

Very nice hotel, with friendly and service-minded staff and a great gym. Restaurants however were a big disappointment.

The overall contemporary design esthetic is first rate and the room amenities are the best ever.
