The staff was excellent and makes for a very positive experience.

Unfortunately we found cockroaches in our bedroom on multiple occasions. And the staff was not very friendly. I have gone to numerous resorts in Cancun but I would not recommend this one, especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

First time going to Cancun with family of 5 location of the hotel was perfect cross the street from the mall. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. What else can you ask for when on vacation.

The staff spoke and comprehend very little English; I get it’s a Spanish speaking country; at least one person should be proficient. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was awesome. I liked the reusable bottles for water instead of single use. Would prefer the bottles be just for the guest as souvenirs instead of reusing for newer guests.

Worst trip and all inclusive I’ve been to. Food was disgusting.

The hotel was overall 3stars in my opinion, the room was kept clean and there was daily maid service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The main dinning option is the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was 3 out of 5, some things were very good and others not so much. The special menu table were great though, like taco station, stir fire, and tostadas etc. The beach area was great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas which was clean and wide open. For my first all-inclusive hotel I would give it 3stars. But for the price it was not a bad place, and the staff were great.

We had reserved the honeymoon room and were quite happy. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony had a gorgeous plunge pool/tub and amazing view of the SkyWheel across the street. Our personal concierge, Jenny, was fabulous. She was incredibly attentive and included some extras for our celebration. We have been to at least 6 different resorts in Cancun and I can honestly say this was the best one so far - especially with it being the low season. The only real downfall was that there were families on the same floor as us and when the younger kids would be playing in the halls and yelling, we could hear it in our room.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean. Food was good. Staff was super nice and helpful. Beach was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff. The food is great

I called for maintenance on our fridge because it wasn't freezing, since either was melting all the time there was water in the floor, my 3 years old boy was walking around it and he slipped and hit his head, i called the staff twice on it and nobody gave us support. I was really disappointed since I have stayed there a few times and it was always a great experience, but this time it was just really bad bad experience.

Our room stayed clean, all the staff was very nice and friendly.

Many restaurants and bars were closed. Food at buffet not so good. But breakfast is good love the egg guy! Have been there many times and was a little disappointed but still had a good time.

This was our second day at this hotel resort, everything was very clean and the people work there are so friendly, the only downside was that they only had one specialty restaurant open and the buffet. Also, the bar by the pool for the adults was closed. But they do have somebody to bring you drinks. We must say that the beach area around the sun chairs wasn’t kept very clean, lot of garbage in the sand.

I believe if you like simple this is it,great location. Not a lot for kids, staff is like a card flop.. you get some great ones nice attention and some terrible ones. I believe the food was tasteless. And not a lot for kids. Everyday was the same thing. But like I said it does have a great location to walk over to the mall.. and rooms are nice.
