Very beautiful little hotel with courteous and knowledgeable workers. Right in the heart of Old Town. Excellent location from which to walk to the sites as well as great restaurants.

According to Hotels.com, this hotel provides valet parking. They don't and finding their parking lot amongst the maze of pedestrianised streets is very unpleasant. The bathroom is very out-dated and not very clean (black mold around the bathtub). I wouldn't stay here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Very nice hotel

We had a lovely time at this hotel and it’s right in the middle of old town on a pedestrian street. Breakfast is excellent to get you started for the day.

Lovely character hotel, right in the centre of the Old town. Friendly and helpful staff, room spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was to die for, just so much choice. Spa and swimming pool was unique, very small but perfectly formed, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all at the hottest temperature you have ever been in! Wonderful hotel!

It’s a beautiful property with comfortable beds and friendly and accommodating staff in the heart of Old Town Vilnius. If you take Google maps, it will take you to the parking lot which is closed off by a mechanical arm. You will need to call into the front desk or send someone in your group ahead to the front desk to ask them to raise the arm to get entry to the lot. Also we were pleased to find out that this is a Hilton affiliated property so that we were able to add to our Hilton Honors points.

Nice and cozy place with an excellent breakfast options. Love the location, in the middle of historical center.

Good service, rooms and breakfast, but exceedingly difficult for a tourist to find hotel's parking area. Please make it easier.

The building was very interesting and the decor very good. The matters is our room was very poor quality. It was wobbly like jelly. The smallest movement by one of us would move the whole mattress and wake up the other person.

Beautiful hotel. Very kind reception staff. Clean, comfortable and stylish space. Lovely, relaxing spa. Nice products. Beautifully clean rooms. The housekeeper was very sweet. The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. We didn’t enjoy the food very much. It was basic and not tasty. The staff never came to ask if we wanted tea or coffee. We needed to really try to get their attention. They would walk off halfway through our order. They seemed almost cross that they had to make it for us.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. But there are a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of old town. We stayed for a couple of nights before heading to Kelmė for Christmas. We had a family room, which was huge and also had a massive bathroom. We were offered free welcome drinks in the bar/ lobby area. Breakfast was lovely in downstair cellar rooms. We also tried the SPA area, which had steam room/ sauna/ small pool. Only negative is that underfloor heating in bathroom was too high- was too hot to stand with bare feet. But it was perfect for drying all swim items. We had a great stay and our 9 year old daughter asked us to get a membership, so we can stay here every time we come to Vilnius😉. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Location

Great location in the heart of Vilnius with spacious and well-designed rooms, but the service fell short. Housekeeping was inconsistent—beds weren’t always made, and bed sheets weren’t changed during my four-night stay. Parking was poorly managed, with staff prioritizing their own spaces over guests. Breakfast staff created an awkward atmosphere by questioning guest timing, even though there were still two hours left in the service. Additionally, no advance notice was given about a noisy New Year’s party, disrupting sleep. Room for improvement in service and communication.

We had a very nice stay in hotel Narutis. The hotel is very central right on Pilies street with tons of restaurants and cafes available in walking distance. Location was very handy to watch the New Year's celebration, which took place only 5 mins from the hotel. On arrival we were told we were upgraded to the Suite (room 134) which was very nice and spacious. One thing to note is that this Suite has no view as it ovelooks the parking lot and the rubbish bins and was a bit claustrophobic. If you're after views and natural light, I would avoid this room. We asked if we can transfer to a room at the front, but this wasn't possible as the hotel was full. Pipework is also quite noisy, but that's understandable as it's an old building. SPA area was clean and not too busy, so we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is good, but gets really busy around 9:30, so you will struggle to find seating for more than 2 people.

We had a lovely time at the Narutis hotel. The lobby and bar are wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is excellent.
