The best hotel and hospitality I’ve ever experienced!

This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!

The property is uniquely beautiful with pool and sea to swim in, thermal pools, a spa and tennis court as well as cocktail area, restaurant and lunch restaurant. Very relaxing . Excellent staff. Some walking up and down stairs required but a golf cart is available for part of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place with understated charm and class

This was such an amazing stay fantastic upgrade with a sea view in the tower main building. Staff are bar none with impeccable service. Spa facilities on site, outdoor spa hot salt water pool, indoor pools at 38c, sauna, steam, cold bath, spa and massage treatment options to schedule. Recommended to feel comfortable on site in your bathrobe at any time. A wonderful hotel experience we’ll never forget, and will absolutely return. 5 star.

Hotel was nice to upgrade us and the property is incredible and views are stunning. The staff were terrific and very accommodating. Upgraded room with sea views was comfortable but quite cramped. This was the smallest room we had on our trip all over Amalfi Coast and Capri. Hopefully the hotel has plans to expand the room slightly. Otherwise, everything was terrific!

Excellent location with beautiful scenery but far away from town. Staff was very attentive. We arrived on a rainy day and was greeted by staff with umbrellas at the entrance to the hotel. The only bad point is that a taxi is needed to get anywhere on the island and cost 40 euros to get there from the ischia ferry port

Prime location with perfect sea waters to swim in. Pool side restaurant served high quality foods and maitre d’ by the name of Salvatore deserves special mention. Spa facilities were excellent.

Mezzatorre wasn't absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend a place more. The staff was so fantastic and accommodating. The hotel is so beautiful it is unreal. The food was delicious (and the breakfast spread, my god)! I am already dreaming of my next stay at Mezzatorre.

The hotel was in a beautiful forest area. It has its own private bay. The thermal baths are a wonderful addition.
