The hotel was impressive, clean and super deco designed. We were welcomed in our room by prosecco chilled, and the turn down service and daily gifts were a pleasure. But the hotel was already expensive, and we did not expect a 56.00 Euro service charge to be added to our bill. We did query it, and the hotel officer offered to remove it, but also made it feel that the cleaning and servicing staff (who were doing a fantastic job) would somehow go short if we didn't sign and pay, Perhaps this is what happens in all hotels in Venice and I was naieve. I would have appreciated knowing in advance however. The coffee was fantastic and the bar staff excellent.

This was my third stay. The front desk staff is excellent. The location is also excellent —just steps from the Accadamia Bridge and the Museum, along with 3 different vaparetto lines. I didn’t have breakfast but in the past it was quite good. The rooms could use some refreshing but it is good value. Will return.

We had a wonderful stay.Staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is the best we have had in Italy. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The location is perfect: close to tourist centres but calm in the evenings and near the bars and restaurants of Zaterre.

I would definitely stay at Ca’Pisani again! Hotel was in a convenient location, right next to the water ferry. We walked everywhere we went ! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!

Nice sitting area on each floor. Rooms are fairly large. Staff were extremely helpful . Beware, there are blackout sheets in windows so you don’t have any idea when sun comes up which could cause you to oversleep. Prefer a top sheet and blanket instead of a comforter only. AC inadequate.

Excellent service- front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and travel plans. Location is amazing- quiet spot away from crowds but close enough to walk and see everything. Super clean and midern

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with two water taxi stops nearby but it is also an easy walk to the other areas of the city. There were some nice options for food and drink locally as well. We would definitely stay here again.
