Nice hotel, clean rooms but a way out the city near the docks. Not ideal for those with kids as it’s a mission to get back on the metro and involves waiting for a bus or a long walk. Breakfast was also good.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were kind and we were blown away by the cozy lobby. The room was well laid out and very comfortable as well.

Good location for my business trip. Nice hotel really, comfortable room, nice restaurant and bar, just one major let down for me. No kettle or drinks facility in the room! As a frequent traveller this is a real negative for me and unfortunately something that is becoming more and more common as companies cut costs. A kettle or coffee machine in the room is a basic requirement in any hotel room. When I complained at reception I was told that kettles came with the upgraded rooms! They did find a kettle for me and when I returned from my day the kettle was on my desk but with no cups, spoons or any coffee/tea/sugar. This was a let down.

My stay at Scandic Sondra Kajen was absolutely perfect! The location is very close to the ferry— safe, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stockholm!

A nice hotel but with a few drawbacks. Rooms pleasant and food in the restaurant very good. Restaurant staff very friendly. Excellent shower. Outside the hotel is a building site at the moment which makes access difficult. The hotel has no parking and guests are directed to a nearby car park which incurs an additional fee payable by app. The spa is also additional fee on top of the rooms which was disappointing. One of our party arrived in his room to find it hasn’t been cleaned and still had dirty towels and bedding. No apology was offered.

Typical Scandic. Very good facility and excellent value for a clean, well-appointed hotel.

Room is very clean

I stayed here with some friends and overall, our time at this hotel was great. Parking our rental was easy, the staff was very welcpming snd friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Yes, there was a little construction noise in the morning but nowhere near what we thought it would be, not enough to complain about it. The view from our room was amazing, too. It was a great stay.

Good stay

Comfortable room overlooking the ferry port, but…. No fridge, no room service, limited menu in restaurant which was closed on a Sunday, no room cleaning unless asked for. Hotel currently situated in a building site, a good 10 minute walk from nearest underground. Will give this a miss next time.

I love this hotel. Delicious breakfast, so many vegan options. Team were so friendly and the rooms are amazing.

The rooms are perfect for a family. The kids liked the pull down Murphy style beds. Although there is construction at the docks, the water views are nice. There is a grocery store and bus stop conveniently located one block away.

Great hotel. Clean hotel. Really good breakfast. Good bus link to the city centre.

The food menu could be more updated with seafood added and soups.
