I had a chat conversion before checking in. When we cheched out, the hotel charged $79.71 USD for 3rd bed setting which we did not asked in the chat.beds.

I placed the do not enter sign. I came to my room, They blocked my key entry!!, And someone opened my door, entered without my permission! This is nh panorama. They moved us all here. Violating my room door, entry, privacy is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ZERO stars!!

Excellent and professional service in every way. The reception, check-in and check-out process were impeccable! Much faster and more organized than other hotels in the larger and better chains. The organization and helpfulness of the staff in general makes me recommend this hotel to those looking for a pleasant stay with human and professional quality.

Needs some updating, but overall a nice place

It’s a very old hotel. The reception smells bad, and the lifts feel slightly unsafe since the buttons don’t illuminate at all. The area is also a little grimy. While it fell under expectations, the bed wasn’t bad and the aircon works well. The housekeeping staff does a decent job.

The facilities are kept in excellent conditions, the service personnel is excellent, gracious and can-do.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The personnel at the breakfast were very professional and courtious. The hotel should consider having a stand/bar for beverages, coffee and snacks throughout the day, beyond breakfast.

It was very good option to stay.

Love the room because it had a very big closet and I had a lot of luggage for a two week business trip. The shower was very dangerous to get in and out of. I slipped several times and luckily caught myself. So I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast was delicious. Probably not enough for a man wanting a big breakfast but I looked forward to it every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried very hard to communicate with me in English. I enjoyed my morning walk along the cancel and there is a fantastic art fair down the street on the weekends.

el hotel tenia un olor muy malo al entrar al lobby, la habitación estaba bien, pero la limpieza mas o menos. la bañadera se tapaba de agua. le falta un poco de cariňo a este hotel.

The hotel was ok. Bathroom in need of refurbishing. 2 days out of 3 we've had no hot water, just warm. The housekeeper lady cannot read instruction, entered room to clean although we've had the DND sign on the door. This happened for 2 days in a row. Apart from these issues, we've had a good stay.

Good value hotel. Comfortable rooms and bathroom. Beds are tiny for a tall guy. Breakfast is OK, very bad coffee. sk for a Factura A early on.

Friendly and nice staff. Air conditioning in a room on 14th floor was inefficient. Go for breakfast in bed. Good value for price

Central location, easy access to centre of city, nice vegetarian sandwiches available at small shop to right as you leave hotel, 30m or so.

Great location! Close to the heart of Cordoba...friendly and helpful staff!
