Beautiful unique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Missed my connection due to weather and they made sure my reservation was good to go the following morning. Room very clean and comfortable.

Good experience

Rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. Hotel is just a short walk away from restaurants and shops.

The man working for front desk at 4:30pm yesterday was the friendliest hotel staff I have ever had. I’m 39 years old and have traveled all over the country and much of Europe and even South Africa. This man was the coolest, friendliest and most helpful hotel employee I’ve ever encountered.

No complains with my stay. large room. remodeled and fairly new and outdoor pool.

It’s in a great location but the first room was not good and the second was fine until the lock wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get in my room They finally fixed it but I had a very important meeting and it was very inconvenient!

Worst stay every. Lie about the hotel, only half of it is nice the other half is worse than a motel 6. Not only lied to but room disgusting! Also, talk about noise, so loud the police showed up!

While the property felt a little retro motel-like, it was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great and the service was good. It is on a busy street, so there was some auto noise transference as the room doors are in exterior hallways.

Love this place! Have stayed here twice ... it's a terrific combination of location, comfort, amenities, unique/fun feel -- and PRICE. I haven't found another hotel that's this good at this price in the area.

It can be noisy outside the rooms depending on where you are located.

The listing featured 'Blackout curtains' which is important to me, but the curtain barely covered the window, and a light just outside the window not only came into the room, but was reflected in an adjacent mirror. So the light kept poking me in the eyes all night long. Also the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable to me. The pillows were all too mushy. All of these things left me with a wretched night of poor sleep. I will not waste money or time at this hotel again.

Nice, clean. Close to downrown, shops, restaurants

Quiet location. Walkable to fun places in SB.

The hot tub was not warm which was disappointing--the hot tub was one reason we chose this hotel. The staff were awesome and the hotel is nice.
