Excellent location for visitors

The rooms should be updated with more outlets for laptops, watches, mobile phones, etc.

The view was on the one side. The rooms are run down and ours was smelly like drainage. The hotel is nice on the outside and in the corridors but the rooms need an overhaul. It seems that the last time the rooms were renovated was at least 20 years ago. The staff is nice, the location is great as you can access a variety of restaurants and local dancers etc.

The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. I deff would stay again. The reason for the 4 star and not 5, is because they close the back door with out telling anyone and my older aunt and nice where waiting outside un till I had to walk alll the way around to tell them to open it. They did but with actitudes.

The room is fine but a rotten plague came out of the bathroom, the water in the bathroom was stagnant and I reported it but they didn't do anything

This hotel has an amazing location! The pier is stunning and you can wake up with an ocean view from your bed and get amazed watching huge boats getting dragged to the pier. You are one block less than 100ft from famous La Parroquia and have so much fun in downtown. The hotel is impecable, price is fair and the staff knows hospitality.
