The property is dated but it’s clean and in a great location. The staff are polite and helpful. Reception is 24/7 which is nice of you need to ask a question. We are a family of 4 and the room fit us fine. Definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Rapallo.

Overall amazing property, you are required to leave your room key with staff if you leave which was honestly great because there is no worry of losing it. Unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it which was unfortunate but other wise the room was great, breakfast was amazing and we had a great stay

The hotel is ideally situated to explore the area, it's an older property but we'll maintained, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and has enough selection to start your day. We would definitely stay here a again, good value for your money

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is 2 blocks from train station and conveniently located around shops and the passiageta.

Hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from the train statiion and one block from the beach and walking promenade. Rooms have no view but are clean and nicely appointed. Rooftop sundeck is neglected and out of use.

Very helpful check in staff. Excellent location for train station and seafront. Rooms tired and dated. Only one power point for charging phone etc. No English speaking news channel on tv. Good breakfast choice but very small and crowded breakfast room.
