It was okay except a customer children pulled the fire alarm at 4:45 am and we had evacuate the hotel , also lot of security personal there was kind of uncomfortable but overall it was ok

It is a very nice hotel and I will be visiting again in the near future. The food wasn’t that great and it was expensive. The room was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed it

Reception/desk clerk very pleasant, helpful, and clear answers to our questions. Our special requests were already done when we checked in. Shuttle service to hotel great after our rental car drop off. Room comfortable & clean. Very satisfied.

Not a very clean property. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Unsafe hotel.

Hotel was full. Many evacuees from northern fires so lots of children and teens. Difficult for them so lots of activities in halls front entrance washrooms and elevators. This is not the normal atmosphere of this hotel.

It was ok, but the staff was not really helpful

Expedia confirmed my reservation. But when I got to hotel I couldnt check in. This has happened a couple of times so I will no longer visit your location.

This hotel was full of fire evacuated people from up north. 3 false fire alarms within 24 hours. Staff just kept saying sorry without doing anything. The security officers were sitting on the main floor playing on their phones instead of patrolling the floors.

Stay was disturbed by constant fire alarms.

Terrible stay, Red Cross centre and far too many undesirable people occupying the hotel.

Pool was closed, Natives all over the front lobby. Smoking right out the front door, with a lot of Indians milling about. You should have a designated smoking area away from the front doors. You had security at the main lobby to deal with all the Indians. Winnipeg City Police showed up on the Wednesday of our stay. Staff were friendly. Room on 6th floor was ok. Not too many Indians on this floor.
