Fantastic

Everything was excellent - especially the staff - all of them

Everything from check-in to check-out is a nice stay at this nice hotel! The staff at the reception, always happy and service-oriented, they are also genuinely interested in how my experience is with them! The breakfast selection is very good, and everything is nicely laid out and fresh! The restaurant with all the staff were very nice and, on their toes, by that I mean service-oriented in a soft way, not pushy or forcing! Nice, well-cleaned room with everything I needed! The SPA department/relaxation is very pleasant and nice!

Hade bekräftat att vi kom sent med båten 24.00. Frågade hotellet om det fanns taxi utanför o fick svar att det gjorde det. Fanns ingen taxi den kvällen fick gå i regn o vind. När vi ankom hotellet sa receptionen att det är ju inte Stockholm det här, såklart måste man boka taxi.

De allmänna utrymmena är fina men hotellrummen känns lite slitna. Ej fungerande taklampa och sänglampa. Dålig lukt från avloppet,

Our stay was fantastic especially the breakfast.

Everything was ok, but wifi terrible

The toilet seat was dirty and smell urean. You need to do something about breakfast room. It just can’t hold and serve so many people same time as there is fully booked hotel. Of course people should move away when finished but they diskuterar long time before leaving…

I was very happy with my stay except for the bed. I wish the hotel could’ve had somewhat thicker top mattresses so that my body ( I’m not a lightweight person ) could’ve relaxed more. The bed was medium in firmness which I liked but I could feel the springs. Solved it by taking the other top mattress and made it double but it wasn’t optimal. Also the duvets didn’t breathe which is often the case with synthetic materials and nor did the top mattresses so it was difficult to regulate the body temperature. Luckily the room had an AC. It was noisy but I don’t mind. The room was very clean, the staff excellent and breakfast super. It’s a very beautiful hotel set in the midst of the historic town, so I highly recommend it, despite the slight discomfort of the bed and bedding. I wish they could connect the beds so that they wouldn’t slide apart but solved that with my scarves:-)

The hotel room was very dusty, television was out of order and wall plug for electricity was out of order and hence the floor lamp was out of order.... The breakfast could have been better, rather mediocre

Väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse på hotellet

Hotellet behöver en allmän uppfräschning. Vi har bott här många många gånger och har sett hur lokalerna blir alltmer slitna. Spa-avdelningen känns övergiven och inte omhändertagen alls. Synd på sådan vacker lokal. Trevlig personal i receptionen den här vistelsen. Frukosten är basic. Opersonlig och sliten lokal. Öppet till 11.00 på helger borde vara självklart.

Bra läge. Känns som att det haft stil en gång i tiden men nu är det lite slitet och arbetssätt är är inte heller i nivå med prislappen. Tyst trots gatuläge.
