Không được tiền sảnh hỗ trợ cho mượn dù khi trời mưa, tiền sảnh trả lời là mỗi phòng đều có dù riêng. phải mất thời gian phàn nàn thì khách mới được cho mượn dù (ô) từ tiền sảnh. 3. nhà hàng Breeze Sky tầng 5 phục vụ không chu đáo, chỉ cảm ơn, cười chào với khách nước ngoài, còn với khách local thì không hề cảm ơn. ấn tượng không tốt, sẽ không quay lại. không xứng tầm 5 sao.

Not for me. The room was dated and smelled damp. Everything in the room worked well, just that they looked old and used. Maybe I just prefer a modern-looking hotel. In terms of location, this hotel is well--situated right at the end of a very busy road by the river. One could take a stroll around and the view from the restaurants are very good.

Everything is fine, except the room has windows on the corridor. I feel uncomfortable, like a dull room with no windows, no light.

Great hotel. breakfast needs improved. Breakfast venue was small to accommodate guests, and the floor was wet (water dropped from the aircon on the ceiling) and an accident happened. A hotel staff got falling off with some cups got broken. However no one fixed it neither alerted to guests. Dangerous.

2 resort my wife and 1 night here. Having satisfied and disappointed. Satisfied that the hotel has a restaurant on the 5th floor with a pretty nice view overlooking the Saigon river, delicious buffet breakfast, rich. Not satisfied is the only evening in Saigon which we had planned to be destroyed. That night we planned to Sky Bar on the 5th floor me to drink coffee and watch music together. 8:20 pm The first time we went to the 5th floor because according to the notice on the 5th floor Sky Bar will serve after 8pm after 1 party on that tan. This is a great place to stay. I really enjoy my stay here. Very good service from all hotel staff. Location is perfect. You can reach almost all major tourist attractions by walk. I love the hotel decoration. It looks bold, elegance, and warm. Everything function well, with reasonable price. The best part is the exciting view of Saigon river from hotel's roof top. I will definitely go back to Hotel Majestic again.
