comfortable and clean

We loved our stay here, perfect for what we needed for the week. Nice breakfast options, friendly service, clean room and comfy bed. Close to University and lots of nearby dining. Quiet area for being right near the highway.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, we were in town for a wrestling tournament. Saturday evening when we returned to our room it was not cleaned while we were gone. No fresh clean towels or washcloths, I called the front desk and spoke with one agent that past me off to the manager, after telling him the issue, he didn’t apologize. He said that there was nothing they could do and rudely hung up the phone. Customer Service goes a long and I am very displeased with theirs.

Trying to get the same room for another night was impossible. We had to go to the booking sight that was used to get the reservation. Unfortunately we don't have the right kind of phone to do that so we had to leave the next morning. They were not helpful at all. Very poor customer service.

I dont think our room had been cleaned. There was garbage (bottles, wrappers) around the beds (which were made), large black sticky spots in front of the bathroom door, suite bedroom door and kitchenette area, visible hair and other objects on the floor in the bathroom. There was only one remote in our 2 room suite but 2 tvs. We called the front desk to ask about a 2nd remote and were told suites only had one remote but then when packing and making sure my kids didnt lose anything under the bed, there was the 2nd remote and more trash. The other 2 families staying there for our trip said their rooms were clean so Im not sure what happened, if its a consistent problem or just bad luck for us.

The hotel is so was good, the beds were comfy, and it was clean. The worst part about our stay was going down to breakfast. My husband and I went down at 8:30 and we're shocked and how the kitchen staff kept it so poorly clean. Not only that, at exactly 9:02 a.m. she took all food away and unplugged all the machines even though people for walking in and many were still eating breakfast. She was a very disgruntled worker. I know that there has to be a cut off at some point for breakfast, but this was also on a weekend where people do sleep in later. This was the rudest kitchen staff that we had ever met.

This is in a college town. Lots of nice parks and walking trails in the area. housing looked nice. Hotel location was very nice.

The hotel was great. The staff were accommodating. The shower had a mat and good grab bars. The breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is definitely the faint smell of cigarette smoke, but you get used to it after the first night. I never saw another staff member after I checked in. Not sure if that's good or bad but it felt like a ghost town at times.

The “hot” breakfast wasn’t hot. No hot water for the shower in the morning.

It is clean, but not fancy.

Everything was great except for the check in. Showed up an hour after check-in time and our room wasnt ready till 1.5 hours after check-in time. Got no apologies from the guy at the desk just an excuse. Great hotel, pool, and breakfast.

Clean and convenient

Beds were very worn out. They sank in as you got into bed.

Convenient location to I-80, plenty of parking, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Just above average but price was right. Unfortunately we were in a room adjacent to breakfast area so noisy when staff started prepping early in morning. Typical waffle breakfast , not a typical Best Western breakfast. Very small pool.
