Good!

Decent stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, nothing special, room was small but comfy.

Staff were amazing, however the room toilet did not flush. Breakfast was eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles NO! Meat so sad!

Tv didn’t work, front desk guy tried walking in my room (not even 15 minutes after checking me in). Overall very run down

Very clean rooms. Staff was wonderful.

The toilet in our room was installed only 1 inch from vanity-so extremely hard to sit on to use-so ended up having to go to lobby restroom throughout the night. Tried on 5 occasions to call the front desk and see about getting a new room but no one would answer the phone. . Also to complain about the people in room 323 (above us) were practicing the River Dance and kids body slamming each other all night long. But was unable to get help from front desk. Staff couldn’t find my reservation, said because we came right at midnight that it was probably called a no show. Wanted me to pay for the night again even though I had a confirmation number and email. Clearly does not understand what customer service is.

Postage stamp size room, wi-fi did not work, no reading lights, cheap, cheap, cheap. Good breakfast. Will not stay again.

Service was amazing. Building was dirty and old...well they are going through a renovation. Hopefully it will be better next time

They are remodeling but our room was nice, twinkle was wonderful yes that was the wonderful from desk lady. we stayed in room 122 please cut the tree branches outside this room. We were woke up by the tree hitting the window sounded like someone tapping it to get your attention and at other times like someone knocking on the window and the wall.. other than that nice stay for the price. room was clean & we were so tired it didn't matter that the bed wasn't great we slept and thats all we needed. thank you for affordable rates & friendly staff.

It was amazing stay. Very clean property with convenient location. Staff is nice too. Good thing is they have started renovating property to make it better than it is. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

You get what you pay for. The staff is nice, but they could use some meat for the included breakfast. But again, you get what you pay for. I would stay there again.

The hotel is slightly under construction. It looks like they are making improvements. The beds were not very comfortable, but they were clean. The lady at check-in could have been a tad friendlier but maybe she was having a bad day. They did have breakfast which is a plus. Overall It was ok and would consider staying again if only for a night or two.

Old hotel but the room we have looks nice. Very big with planty of lights, i mean, many lights set to full power, and none of them can be turned down. Bring your own night light if you need them at night or you'll have a 100w light bulb shunning at you.

The only good thing I can say was it was quiet. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard. The front door looked horrible. One of the doors was blocked by big rocks so you couldn’t open because it was broken. The other door was falling off. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked.

Travelled to Bloomington, IL for my daughter to compete in IHSA Girls State Wrestling. Stayed here due to Ramada reputation and very affordable price. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was very clean!
