We stayed for 4 mights. The staff were very friendly and hrlpful. The breakfast was a great way to start pur day. The property is a couple minute walk to the metro station which we used every day. The only negative was they did not have on site laundry services. We liked the neighborhood it was quiet.

Newly refurbished rooms, super clean and warm, staff were very friendly and bilingual. Room was too toasty warm but easily adjusted down - a good problem to have when it was 1C outside. Walking distance to PSG stadium Stad des Princes.

Great for events at Roland Garros and Park de Princes. We stayed 1 night and have no complaints. Clean and nice environment. Helpful staff. Great food and transport links nearby.

Arrived near midnight, pouring rain, but clerk greeted me as i entered. Told me that my room was ready for me. I felt welcomed. Easy check in. I wasn’t prepared for how tiny the elevator (thank goodness there was one) nor how tiny the room was. But everything made sense with efficient use of space. The A/C was very nice upon return from watching tennis in the hot sun. Quick cool down. Friendly neighborhood. Easy walk to M9. Apotheke across the street had all the skincare brands i wanted from France. It was open early on Sunday morning. Hôtel breakfast is okay but European with scrambled, beans and funky sausage. The restaurant next door had benes and american style brekki. I was pleasantly impressed with this hotel and recommend.

Easy to get to bus and metro. Lots of place to eat and drink nearby. Quiet during night. Felt safe for walking around.

Very basic hotel but it was spotlessly clean. The room was a good size for one person. Breakfast was ample for one’s needs. The hotel was convenient for buses and the metro to see the attractions. It was also within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in staying again.

Great location

Excellent service, superb room, very comfortable and quiet considering in Paris. Short walk to the Parc des Princes which was the purpose of our trip. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

It is very, very, convenient for Roland Garos Tennis (15 min walk) and Parc des Princes Rugby (10 min walk). Nice standard priced restaurants and bars in 2 min walk. Metro a free mins walk away. Rooms are small but very clean and at a reasonable cost👍

The room was recently renovated, and the toilet and bathroom were clean. There are no slippers in the room, have to wear shoes all the time, can not relax. The room was very dim even during the day, because the windows faced a wall.

It was good overall, the only complaint was that, I had asked for two single beds, but they did not cater for that. Ended up sharing a double bed.

Bedroom was clean. Surrounding area had plenty of shops, restaurants and near to transport links. The room smelled of stale smoke, with a pile of cigarette ends on the Julet balcony. When i complained, i sas told there was air freshner in the bathroom, which there wasn't. My key didn’t work for my room and the lights were out in the communal hallway on my floor making it dark and dingy. The room facilites were basic with no milk for the coffee or tea, breakfast was extra which looked pretty sad and they took 160 € from my account as deposit which i wasn't informed about. I only found it looking at my account. For the money, I'd probably add to it and find somewhere nicer next time.

The Ac has a noise every 5-10 minutes. It made me hard to sleep every night

My stay was for 2 nights. It was a nice experience in an older and smaller hotel. The room looks bigger in the pictures but it was a decent size. The room was very hot, we couldn’t figure out the heating to turn it off. We did contact the front desk, they said they will fix it but when we came back it was still very hot. We just decided to open the bathroom window and like that it wasn’t as hot. We paid for the continental breakfast. It was ok, I feel like it could have been better. There was juice, coffee and tea. They gave us a plate with 1 croissant and 1 half baguette (cold) per person. There was ham, salami, yogurt, fruit cocktail and 1 type of pastry. Overall our stay was not too bad for the price and location.
