The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were amazing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (front desk, housekeeping and dining area) Very impressed with the accomodations. Super convenient to the convention at the Sheraton. We will definitely stay here again.

The kindness of the hotel crew was incredible. EVERYONE WAS SO SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL! Love the place. A restaurant at the hotel would help a lot. Unfortunally I had to order a uber eats that was never delivered .

Great place to stay. However little noisy if you got a room facing the highway. The room is very nice and cozy

Amazing, clean location. Staff goes above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to Raleigh. The only downfall was there was an issue with the hot water in the shower. The maintenance man told us we had to turn all the facets in the room on for the hot water to work in the shower (inconvenient, but it worked!). Otherwise great stay!

Close to the airport, good service

I always choose this property when in town for a conference. The newly renovated rooms and friendly staff makes it a great place to stay. Also having the free breakfast and also having free coffee all day is a plus.

Great staff but didn't get great sleep because of the guests above us stomping around in the middle of the night. Front desk did offer to take care of it but I refused. People do make noise on vacation so that's out of the hotel's control.

Property was very clean and staff was very friendly. It is near a major highway so you will hear traffic.

Check in was easy and the parking was very accessable.

Was disappointed the pool wasn't open as that was the only reason we went

The staff was wonderful as always. The room was spot less and clean. There were no issues w/ the Accessibility Room and the hotel even contåcted me when they thought it may be a perceived issue. The only downfall is the only sausage served at breakfast is Pork (against religion). Otherwise, my go to hotel never dissapoints!!!

Excellent, clean and convenient

Stayed 1 night before flying out. Check in went smoothly & was told to call in for a shuttle when we get back. Unfortunately there was no driver so we had to take the Uber...😡 NEVER HEARD OF THIS FROM A HOTEL BEFORE. BE PREPARED TO CALL THE UBER.
